Requirements

Ruins of Atlantis is a free download that requires either a valid ROBOTC Robot Virtual Worlds license for VEX or LEGO, or a Virtual Brick for Robot Virtual Worlds license.

Ruins of Atlantis is also included in the free Robot Virtual Worlds iPad app.

STEP 1

Download and install Ruins of Atlantis Virtual World

STEP 2

To start Ruins of Atlantis:

ROBOTC Robot Virtual Worlds:
Choose Window > Select Virtual World to Use > Curriculum Companion

Virtual Brick for Robot Virtual Worlds:
Choose Target World > Ruins of Atlantis

 

STEP 3

Open a Sample Program:

ROBOTC Robot Virtual Worlds:
File > Open Sample Program (The basic movement is a good starting place)

Virtual Brick for Robot Virtual Worlds:
Open up a sample program in the software you are using

 

STEP 4

Compile and Download the Program:

ROBOTC Robot Virtual Worlds:
Robot > Compile and Download Program

Virtual Brick for Robot Virtual Worlds:
Use the Download or Download and Run button in the programming software you are using

 

STEP 5

Program your robot to collect coins and gems while exploring the Ruins of Atlantis.
